1. Policy Overview
At Naveera Fashion, we take immense pride in the manufacturing and craftsmanship of our premium Banarasi sarees, suits, dupattas, and fabrics. Since each product is handcrafted by skilled artisans, minor variations in weave, texture, or color are unique characteristics of handloom textiles and are not considered defects. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a smooth return or exchange process.
2. Return & Exchange Window
Customers can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days from the date of order delivery. Any requests placed beyond this timeframe will unfortunately not be eligible for processing.
3. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To guarantee a successful return or exchange, please ensure the item complies with the following standard conditions:
- The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
- All original brand tags, labels, packaging, and invoices must remain intact and attached to the product.
- Unstitched dress materials, fabrics (Thaan), and customized/altered garments are not eligible for returns unless delivered with a verified transit damage or wrong item issue.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items Delivered
We perform rigorous quality control checks before shipping from our Varanasi facility. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Providing an unboxing video or clear pictures of the issue is highly recommended to expedite your replacement process.
5. Refund Process
Once your return parcel arrives back at our facility, it will undergo a quick evaluation to ensure compliance with our conditions. Upon successful validation:
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited directly back to your original payment account (Bank Account, UPI, Credit/Debit card) within 5–7 operational business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will safely request your bank details to complete an electronic transfer.
